Garden Villas stand in rows and have 4 bedrooms on two floors. The corner types C and D add a family living room and a maid’s room. Courtyard Villas are semi-detached, with 5 bedrooms on three floors, a family living room, a maid’s room and a lift.

What is inside a villa?
Large-format tiles in the living and dining rooms, a master suite with a walk-in closet and en-suite bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The kitchens have Bosch appliances, the bathrooms Duravit sanitary ware. Ceilings are about 2.9 m in the living room and 2.8 m in the bedrooms.
Does a villa here qualify for the Golden Visa?
